Please lay your healing hands upon the members of the Odac family as well as the others who’re infected with swine, please help them get through this tough ordeal, let them stay strong and healthy. I pray especially for Mathias who’s in a very critical condition now, stay with him God as he battle this out with the support of his family and friends. And dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in your hands. We place our sick under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us.

So, I had an really awesome time having batch lunch with the team.

Though our bloated stomachs made us feel so depressed cos we could hardly move/talk, but the camera made us omega happppppppppppy:)

Then we found really adorable benches for our butts to kiss.

Batch 12 camwhores everywhere, we could just stop in the middle of town showing cheeeeeeeky smiles infront of my i don’t know how many megapixels camera.

Met up with Clique after that for dinner & icecream (Which I did not have cos I don’t want to roll during Dyson run tomorrow) .

Pleads & Postcards ♥♥♥

I was about to write off this week as the worst week ever, but after meeting the awesome threee yesterday plus my superb friday I decided not to.

We’ve been through everything together since year 2005 and frankly speaking, I’ve never thought we’d come this far and now I wholeheartedly agree with the used-to-be passing remark: IJ Friends are Friends for life. Swear I’d never trade you guys for anything cos y’all are just so awesome.

I really freaking love y’all. The whole world and everyone in it are spinning out of control but we have our midnight heart to hearts at the playground and surprise phonecalls and impulse meetings and sneak-outs and break-ins and spontaneous cover-ups and everything else that we do to hold on to. Because when it all comes down to it, unlike everyone else, we don’t pretend and we don’t judge and that’s all I’m asking for.

You guys got me through the horrible week. Thank you & I love y’alllllllll.

Jinshiiiiiii, it’s nice to be able to talk to someone about things that are secrets kept from the rest of the world. I love you so much I think it’s impossible to say it with words. Friday made me realise just how much I’ve missed you. It’s really amazing how, when it comes down to it, none of us have changed. It’s impossible to put in words the warm and fuzzy feeling inside when we’re together and there’s so much love I think I could burst. Thank you awesome, I’ve never thought we’d come this far. ♥

Frankeedoodles, Midyears are over. Awesome much, but I don’t really have the “Whoohooo exams are over” feeling anymore, not the right time I guess? Shan’t talk about the papers because they make me v depressed, but on th brighter side, I’ve made up my mind to be a freaking hardcore mugger this term, I’m going to pay attention during all lectures/tutorials and do my tutorials ahead of time. This is going to work out, all the way:)

Anyhoos, I had a really awesome time today. Though we had to waitttttt for quite sometime before we could leave school, but it was worth it I guesss. Lunch @ Cathay with the gang, bonding time plus gossip shits I like! Lunch was awesome, the food was superb I swear. Then had a Js and I had our long-awaited date, omg I miss you so muchhhh dear. Was supposed to head down to Gelare when we realised that it was close, made me v annoyed. Nehmind, ended up having awesome icecream at Swensens. Limesherbet & Stickychewy love! Managed to catch up and all, and omg I’m pretty worried for November:( That’s besides the point. We met Jared there and he was sucha loser I swear, saw Cheryl Lee and Eychelle there too! Omg I miss y’aaaaaaaaaaall. Then Jared called to have this very last minute studygang steamboat @ Bugis. Saw Daphne, miss you babe. Company was awesome and JK makes the funniest shit out of xyz. Camwhored a little and headed home. I ate like some freaking pig today, Thank God there’s fundamentals on Monday, it’d better be good.

Studyweek has been going on really well so far. 7am-7pm every single day, swear this is driving all of us nuts but its really productive as compared to having a whale of a time at home doing absolutely nothing productive. So the usuals have been going down to school and mug like dogs (Eliza, Jared, Shawn, Sam, Deb, John, Linh). Teeheehooo, awesome company I must say, if only we had dewberry and hot chocolate to blend in with the cool weather, it’d be the ultimate I swear. Eliza and I have this really great plan for term 3 and I hope it works out well for promos, really want to do well Its really quite amazing how we’re cramming 4 hardcore subjects in just 1 week, I’m finally working out the connect and transfer method, think its pretty useful, thank you Mr Lim:) For this midterm, its really quite hard to be aiming for As, so I’m just going to work really hard and give it my best shot. I can, I will, I must.

I admit I’m really tired, I need a break.

ARGGGGGGGGGH. Swear my face looks worse than a rotten banana now. So ugly (((((((((( Continents on face, damn sad now. Everyone’s calling me red indian/black I DAMN SAD NOW.

Anyway, we had some odac study date thingum in school today, more like for this entire week. Today, studied with Deb, John, Linh, Sarah, Eliza, Jared, Elyn, JK, Sam, Shreyas, Shawn & KG. HAHAHA, swear it was damn productive after JK left, that guy couldn’t stop reciting the peel banana shitzxxxxx, but thanks for helping me with chinese! (: After lunch, quite a few left, continued mugging with Eliza, Deb, John, Linh, Sarah. OMG DAMN PRODUCTIVEEEEEEE. Though we slept for quite long and the stuuuuuuuuuupid smelly sewage smell woke linh up damn funny. Blahblahblah, talked, studied, ate, slept and all quite awesome la. Oh and I had a really good time admiring everyone’s ezlink card, swear deb’s one made me laugh so hard, but quite cute laaaaaaaa piece of poop (:

June Expedition ‘09. Awesome awesome trip I must say.

Let me sum up the entire trip. Day 1 was trekking around Singapore with our heavy backpacks, little breaks in between, 1/2 hour of sleep and continue trekking. We trekked a total of approximately 50km in 24 hours. Ended at around 9am in Day 2, then the team went back to college to cook, pitch tents, short debrief and home for a short rest. Day 3 was kayaking for more than 22km. Did K2 with Jinshi and I swear she’s the nicest K2 partner I’ve ever had, we went around composing songs, singing like there was no tomorrow, screaming at people’s kayaks (we were the lastman), cheering, ate salty honeystars and pandan bread, playing around with the currents and had a mini competition with a few of the K2s. Damn freaking fun, I love day 3 the most (: Day 3night-day 4 morning was spent cycling around Singapore for 11 plus hours non-stop. I had quite a good time cycling with the batch. That’s about it, and thank you to those who made so much sacrifices just to make this June Expe so beautiful , you guys did a really wonderful job.

That’s my story, a new chapter in my Odac Journey.
